2. Educational Use Only
Market data, K-line reviews, ETF flow dashboards, alerts, calculators, quizzes, glossary entries, and journal features are provided for education and simulated practice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and only for personal learning or permitted internal review.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app.
- Review data-source notes because third-party or public data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
4. Simulated Performance
Paper-trading results, virtual performance metrics, and exported CSV records are hypothetical. They do not represent real account results and may not reflect real market liquidity, fees, slippage, taxes, or execution conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
VXORLX, including its design, content structure, software, branding, and original educational materials, is owned by VXORLX or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute protected content except as allowed by law.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, data integrations, or content. We may also revise these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

The app is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VXORLX disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading-related losses.
